1. Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location. We offer free shipping on qualifying orders — any applicable thresholds will be displayed at checkout.

3. Delivery Times Standard delivery within the United States typically takes 7–15 business days after processing. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or other factors outside our control.

4. Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status directly with the carrier.

5. Shipping Destinations We currently ship within the United States. If you are located outside the US and are interested in placing an order, please contact us at support@deskchairdirect.com.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@deskchairdirect.com. We will work with our supplier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

7. Delays DeskChairDirect is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and will always do our best to keep you informed.
